  • As an Agent for Long and Foster, there are a number of services that I can provide to you as a buyer, in order to make our transactions smooth and hassle free.  Initially I can:

        Assist you in securing a mortgage.  We are affiliated with Prosperity Mortgage and they are a very     reputable local lender affiliated with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

        I will do a very thorough analysis of what you are looking for in a home in order to minimize the amount of time we spend looking at properties that are not what you want.  I will always listen to your needs, and never impose my own on your quest to find the perfect home for you.

        My knowledge of available properties extends beyond what is listed in the MRIS system and I can alert you immediately when a new home comes on the market that meets your criteria.  The best way that I can do that is to e-mail you the listing itself, as soon as it hits the marketplace.  That way you can see the new homes on the market as they become available.

        I will preview the homes that most closely match your needs and only show you those properties that are truly what you want.

        Preparation of a contract offer for a home you wish to purchase includes working with you to craft a very strong offer that will be accepted by the seller.

    After the contract is signed and ready to go, I still have many things that I can do to help you through the process.

    •     I can assist you in obtaining quotes on Homeowner’s Insurance through Long & Foster Insurance Agency, which represents multiple insurance carriers for the most competitive rate quotes in the area.

        I will work with one of our qualified Settlement Partners to arrange the closing at the time and location that works best for your schedule.

        My assistance extends beyond the closing table to helping you find real estate goods and services providers for your new home through our Home Service Connections program: window treatments, painters, flooring/carpeting, interior decorators, handyman services, renovators, and more – anything and everything for your new home!
